Afternoon Yard!


The weather here is unseasonably warm. It's 38 and rainy/snow.

We went into town to get my wife's car window repaired. (thankfully under warranty). Got my hairs did, and stopped by the hardware store to pick up some repair supplies. STopped to get the last of the things we need for Chrismas dinner. While we were waiting for the car to get fixed I took her to lunch.

My goal is to not leave the house until Thursday.

I wish the weather was nicer. I have found that I really enjoy flying that drone around. Wa more than I thought I would. Fortunately,, I have enough space that I can do it and not be anywhere near anyone else.

I did a little last minute running around today before the predicted rain moves in. Christmas day is supposed to be around 57 degrees and dry, so no white Christmas for us, but that's OK with us. We don't have to shovel sunshine.

It might get above freezing today and we do have snow on the ground. Thankfully I don’t have to shovel either. And yes, Skunk, the feet are nice and so is the trapdoor on the back.

Howdy Todd. Up early with our dogs and stepped outside into a cold and foggy morning. Looking forward to our Christmas dinner today ; Swiss steak with goodies. We decided to switch from turkey or ham this year for Christmas, with a spiral sliced ham for New Year's day.

We’re not traditional either. We’re having mashed potatoes and meatloaf.
