I hear ya Ray. I’ve been using my Workmate elite since Christmas. I WISH I could have justified that wicked edge, but I’m just to cheap and my worksharp does me quite well.

Oh, and the doc said I have Gout in my toe. From what I’ve heard folks say I’m not convinced he’s right. But he gave me some pills to take for a few days.

Afternoon Yard!

A nice slow Saturday. Tidying up the house. My daughter is coming over and is going to cook dinner (carne asada) for us and my Nephew is coming over to visit this evening as well.

Otherwise, it's chilly. I put a brooder heater in the chicken coop since it's supposed to be negative 4F in the morning and stay in the single digit temps for the next few days.

I needed to put that new sleep swag in storage so I decided to test fire it last night. That thing is pretty comfortable. I will say it's more comfortable than the bed in my old camp trailer was. Way warmer than I thought it would be as well. 'm not planning on changing anything with it except to add some glow in the dark tabs on the inside zippers. I'll pull it back out and get some real use out of it in the spring.

We're in the deep freeze for the next few days, so staying inside as much as possible. Just going out briefly with the dogs and for the mail, then back to the nice warm house. smile

Yup ours is here as well. A high of 23 today and a low of 6 tonight. Then it’s wash, rinse and repeat.

It's a brisk -7F this morning. So I'm going to enjoy the warmth of the house today. No grand plans for the day aside from watching the inauguration.
