Mornin guys. It’s off to the Diabetes Dr to get yelled at. BUT, for the last two weeks my blood sugar has gone down about 30 points.

Oh man, the Postal service around here SUCKS! But in a good note, my Dr was VERY satisfied with my results. I went down from almost 7 down to a 6.4 on my A1C. I’m a happy camper.
