Had some HEAVY rain here about an hour ago. Actually had to pull over until it stopped.

We're getting a good downpour right now ; fast "last walk" with the dogs.

So far we have dodged the severe stuff but Springfield and a few other towns got nailed by an EF-0 tornado, doing considerable damage and power loss.

It looks like I can finally post again.

It's been a heck of a week. The runt has been in the hospital since Sunday. They finally let her go home tonight but she has a long recovery. She has a drain in her kidney and will for at least a couple of months and has to give herself Antibiotics through an IV for the next couple of weeks.

For some reason, I couldn't post. I could write out a post. Submit it but it never showed even though it a showed as posted after submitting it.

Don't know why but it seems to have fixed itself.
