Ordered a set of reduced power trigger springs set, a 45 degree safety lever and a Breek Arms Mini Warhammer charging handle for Miss piggy. I’m gonna put her present charging handle on my Savage MSR AR-15 as that one’s kinda wonky.

She’s gettin there.

Just watched a couple videos about 300blk zeroing. I’m gonna (I think) zero her at 12 yards. That way I’ll be no more than 2.5 inches low from the muzzle out about dead on out to 25 yards or so, to within 5 inches at 100 yards. I’m hoping I’ll be able to test this theory out next week.

I ordered a little more freeze dried food and a few boxes of 45-70 loads.

I picked up a Kleen Canteen (32 ozs.) on clearance at Walmart and a Work Sharp sharpener at T.S.C.

Just got a 2liter water bladder carrier from a fellow dog. My 2liter High Serria bladder fits into it quite nicely.

Oh and I picked up my last batch of Hornady’s 300blk Subsonic 190gr Sub-X ammo. Won’t need to replenish my Subs OR Supers for a while. I’ll probably just shoot a mag of each once a month just to make sure everything is working well and maintaining zero. Course I’ll have to shoot my 5.56 Ar’s as well not to mention my PCC and carry handguns. Hmmm, I may be buying ammo quicker than I thought afterall.

Well, I’m on a waiting list. They’ve been ordered but don’t know when they will be in. Basically this is a ploy for the Gooberment (Congress) to get their act together and take Suppressors and SBS/SBR From the NFA. Meaning NO MORE TAX OR REGISTRATION!

Got a Vortex Venom 1-6 X24 LPVO scope yesterday for the 300blk rifle. Best glass clarity I’ve ever seen and I’m stoked to actually use it.

Well I got my Opinel picnic cutlery set in Yesterday and I have to admit I am favorably impressed. The knife and fork are both good quality items . And the blade, well it’s an Opinel.

I’d say if you want a knife, fork and spoon for your kit to check this one out.
