i've gone from nasty tap water city to nasty tap water city... the water in dc smells really bad out of the tap. it kind of drives me crazy because i think that hydration is really important.

there are lots of things that are sad about dc.
this morning's paper revealed that the claims made by out police dept last december about violent crime going down in the city were blatant lies. it has actually gone up 9% since last year.
there are a lot of really poor people here who live next to a lot of really wealthy people. violence is bound to occur.
of course, firearms are illegal in the city, so that opens a whole other can of worms.
