XD's are nice.
I use my AR for home defense. The frangible ammo does not over penetrate as much as my self defense pistol ammo does. I have a split floor plan so my kids are at the other end of the house. Yea me too & I also have my Beneli 14" entry shotgun at arms reach when I am at home!

Benelli's are sweet. I have my 870 setup with a light and loads ready to go as well. The wife gets the 12 guage loaded with bird shot.
