This whole second offering of the SS4 was a freakin mess. Anyone want to guess that they took orders for 1000 knives and actually had less than 50???
Let's hope things happen smoother next time...

We are working to make sure things work smoother the next time.

There was no real way to guess that so many people would place there orders at the same time.

As a new company, we are learning things at a very fast pace and are addressing issues that most companies never encounter.

Patti and I are dedicated to providing the best performance at the best possible price but more importantly, our customer satisfaction is the number one thing on our list.

We appreciate the understanding that the Scrapyard Dogs have shown us as we go through these growing pains

I laughed when I read "we are addressing issues most companies ever encounter"
Most companies have problems moving stock not having thousands more orders than they can handle come in the first 15 minutes they go on sale. It shows Dan and Patti are doing something right.
