I enjoy working with INFI. You are so right. I can do things with INFI that I cannot do with lesser steels. And it shines so well. This knife cost me much less than my FBM did. I am having fun with the three blade textures, polished, smooth gray, and the darker unground part. To me, the blade is much more interesting than a single color. It is a more efficient chopper, too. It is hair popping sharp!
