Hey! I just made Mongrel!!! Wow, I know it's just 250 but that's really something to me, 750 to go...
Congrats, Jeff! I must say that "Mongrel" fits your avatar!

LOL!! Good point!! I'll have to start looking for a good new avatar for 500.

That is soooo beautiful Jeff! the colors, the style, the work and time you must have put into them, simply amazing bro. I'm glad you did it, Dan and Patti deserve it and we get to see your craftsmanship. Way to go-bro!

Thanks guys for your complements. I really put a lot of time and thought into this, I really wanted to show my gratitude for the business they and this forum have brought me, and for the opportunity to meet all you great dogs. I"ve done custom leather work on and off for 30 years, but it's been quite some time since I've been able to really get enjoyment out of making stuff for people. And the opportunity to help supplement my own families meager bottom line.

Guess I better say too in order to not over step the rules if anyone does need anything make sure and contact me off the forum.

Total works of art bro

Very impressive!

Man your work is spectacular! As far as mass production of the landyards with the logo have you thought of using Rubber? I usualy buy skateboarding shoes and most of them come with rubber circles that have the shoe company's logos on it. You can use them as a key chain or wear them on your shoes.

Just a thought.

Thanks man... As far as reproducing those, that would be up to Dan. I personally couldn't imagine trying to do many with leather. It would take some planning for anything other than a company that specializes in that. I would imagine that the thought has crossed Dan's mind, but then again there's so many cool things out there now you can put a logo on, that the choice, I'm sure can be challenging. I personally will not be making any more of them, unless Dan personally twisted my arm really hard, but again that's his call.

As sweet as those items are, there was something that kept bothering me about them that I couldn't pin down.

Then it occurred to me that the DF looks unused. Say it ain't so Rainmaker!

You need to take that thing out and ram it through a tree.

Maybe I just clean it up real good... Maybe I have two... That's one problem I have, that I'm sure I share with others here, if I really like something and wanna use it then I gotta have two, always gotta have a backup...

VERY nice work rainwalker.. And a very nice gesture...
If somebody deserve such a gift for their work and service it's Dan and Patricia.
Just recently recived my Hook (I owe the person who canceled his order a beer/box of ammo or two..). Patricia's service and Dan's knives is really impressive!
