That email address doesn't work for me. Three bounces.

Note that even if you remove the period in the URL above it doesn't work.

I wanted three knives and have tried to send three times (the address in this message is different than the original post). All three times have returned this bounce message:

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I sent my original order to the address posted previously. Hopefully Patti can sort it out. Sounds like they're on vacation so we may have to sit it out for a little while.
