I'm working on getting an ar-15;I have a mini-14,just wondering what everyone liked.
A dull knife will get you hurt but a sharp knife will keep you from getting hurt.

I would realy like a SOCOM II but what a price on that. Im currently building an AR-15 in .223. Ive heard that the AR-15 in .308 have poor magizines and don't feed right.
Since ammo prices are soo high im also looking into a Ruger 10/22 cause .22 ammo is realy cheap and fun to shoot.

But yes AR-15 is my top choice.

Battle Rifles require a full power catridge. AR-15's fall into the Assualt Rifle class of weapons. M1-A1's, M14's, FAL's, G-3's, and AR-10's are battle rifles. That being said, I realy want a FAL or an AR platfrom .308 rifle.

My favorite battle rifle is a phased plasma rifle in a 40 watt range.
