Howdy, all!
My brother stopped by tonight, with his new street scrapper. it really is a nice knife. He was quite pleased to have scored one, as he never was able to obtain a bog dog, and, of course, the street scrapper has the same awesome handle.
All of you who scored one made the right decision.
It will make a nice carry knife.

Still savin' my pennies for mine... I've never held a mudder, though I've heard many people say it's very nice.

Res-C is the best handle material by miles (and the mudder and S6 are a pure joy to hold) who gives a rats-[censored] what the handles look like??

Not me. Give me Res-C every time! Oh, and I like the mudder handle too. I think that on a smaller blade the mudder style gives better tactile feel and control for fine work. Perhaps the trade off is a bit less cushioning, but who is going to be chopping with the SS4 anyway?

[color:"green"] I totally agree with this!! Res-C is THE BEST knife handle material, bar none. [/color]

I have a hard time getting use tot he feeling of Micarta, plus the res-c is shock absorbing.
