It was a good movie, and it confirms one of lifes great mysteries. Fords truly are evil! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

We are going to try to see it during the day on monday. Wife's busted leg may put a damper on that, though.
if we cannot see the movie, My fallback plan is to go shooting with my new bulldog and thunder ranch .45, so i kinda win either way.

Just got back from transformers and I liked it as a good silly action movie.
Interestingly the helicopter did have to deal with being in Quatar airspace
and the little boombox guy was the one they used when being sneaky.
The first of the 2 camaros was awesome it was like a beat up and rusty 82 with a huge crate engine and a hurst 4 speed. The new camaro was horribly ugly though.

They casted hot 25 year old strippers as both yhe high school girl and a computer scientist. The scientist stripper even had a tatoo on her neck and I would bet money on pierced nipples.

I watched Live and let die hard or what ever it's called and it was pretty good as well. I downloaded that one though(legal in canada). I fell asleep right after Die Hard and had nightmares about being chased around buildings by terrorists.
Conclusion "what looks cool in a movie is horrible if you think it is real".
Cool movie though and the premise is from an interesting article.

I want to see Transformers, but I plan on waiting until it hits the $1.00 theater in a couple of months. I cannot afford to pay full price for entertainment and thanks to the $1.00 theater, I don't have to.

The local CO-OP store where most of my family shop gives out free movie passes every 500$ you spend so I have not had to pay for a movie in a long time.
Still they did charge me 4.50$ for a paper cup full of kool aid(fruitopia).

Man the new camaro is ugly! some people in the crowd seemed to like it but to me it was a poorly done rip off of the new mustang which in a way is how the camaro
was born in the late 60's. The new Vette Z06 is awesome though.

That first camaro had character ,like the rusty old 65 ford 2door stripper Galaxy
in my front yard. It has been languishing for lack of funds but has a cool 4speed
9inch with posi and a 5.0 mustang engine needing a rebuild waiting in my garage.

Does anyone else have a muscle/sports car project or motorbike project(or better yet mecha giant robot)on the go? Jeeps and 4x4's count as well so long as you have done some work on them. I would love to see what the other dogs have in the way of cool toys? Along with my Honda 919 daily driver bike I have an almost finished 73 Honda CB350 cafe racer.

I had one of those back in San Diego. I miss those places. The theaters around here are so crowded because no one can go outside for 4 months out of the year or they melt. I have found one theater that's not so crowded with chair kickers, but no $1 deal.
