So of thoes who have both (FBM & FFBM) which do you like better? One is fatter (more mass), but the other has the corgated bevel action and because of weight will be a little easier to control.

I definitely am getting one of those. Oh nooooo! I've lost the number! Been back to J&L Industrial Supply. It is some sort of Scotchbrite Wheel 6" x 1/2" with a 1/2" hole in the middle. I used three at a time with the standard mandrels I had. All I can find is really expensive stuff now. I'll let you know when I find it again. Did find something else, though, 1" x 30" Scotchbrite belts for my Commie Sander. Hmmmmm.

This Fat Flat Fusion Battle Mistress (or fatty <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />)is by far the thickest heaviest knife I have ever owned, and consider myself lucky to have snagged one. Now I need to get this big boys cousin in my collection...The ever sought after Dog Father.

Good luck scoring a DF under $200 these days.
