To answer the original posted question. Either a SYKCO Skelly <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> (if released) or the Ferhman Thru Hiker.

I was really hoping for a Busse Assault Shaker and am still bitter about Jerry's decision! No remorse!

I like the looks of the CRKT Carson M-4. Thinking about it or a Spyderco Military or Endura.

I just got a Spyderco Military, I highly recomend HD!

I do actually like the Spyderco Military. It is one of my favorite Spyderco designs...... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

But,......

.... I still wish it had a nice thumb stud and no thumb "Hole" and the big hump that comes with the hole.... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif" alt="" />

Just my opinion..... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/paperbag.gif" alt="" />

I just pulled the trigger on my first Ranger knife . . . a custom RD-7. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I'll post pics when it arrives in about 3 - 4 weeks.

Sweet. You'll love it - if you're not too concerned w/ little cosmetic stuff, as Vic said. As 0-9 mentioned, the bolts that hold the grips on are probably the weakest link w/ the RD's - I've stripped out a couple, but Justin has been prompt with sending replacements at no charge. For semicustom work at a great price, Justin is the man. And his one off customs are beeeeeautiful.

not sure probably a CRKT M1
I have one spyderco and really don't like it.
It was a Christmas gift about 10-12 years ago and it hasn't seen much use.
If it wasn't a gift I probably would have gotten rid of it by now

Well, lacking a Busse Mean Streets, I will probably wait for an HRLM. I should also point out it is likely I'll pulling the next knife out of may back and my wife will be in the pokey.

LOL... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I can relate to that... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

+1

I love my Ranger 7, though I have beat the tar out of it, broke the bolts on the micarta handles, stripped it with a Dremmel and it keeps coming back for more. I keep showing it to Wiggity and he is still a doubter! I can't seem to keep it sharp. I need HD to re-profile it!

Don't sleep on the Ranger or Justin!

Send it to me. I will make it scary sharp.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
