Well, I'm just about done with the prototype, so I thought I'd post a pic and get some feedback. Some of the specs and features: * 14" blade from duct tape to tip, longer than the SY Dog Father * corrugated cardboard technology (CCT) * finger-choil allows grip for close-in work * duct tape can withstand winds up to 100 mph * guaranteed not to rust in any climate or any conditions * handle can double as toilet-paper roll * reflective blade can double as signal mirror Dan, if my work is as impressive as I think it is, I'll try and get a resume down your way. tin foil hats are very useful.. when the black helicopters are prowling at night..

The waiting is too much. I've decided to simply craft my own "Dog Father" out of aluminum foil, duct tape, and cardboard. Pics to follow... Now you need to make a cardboard/duct tape sheath to go along with it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Tin foil hats also can double as small parabolic dish microphones.
When I take mine off (only on cloudy days) and point it at my neighbor's houses, I hear voices.

I think the key question is whether or not you want the food to see itself cooking. With humble food, shiny side out. But with really narcisistic food, shiny side goes in. I hope that helps.
