My new Busse AD to ship tomorrow. This will be my first Busse. It has a sage spoooge coating and black canvas Micarta grips. I also just ordered one of Rainwalkers XLoop sheaths for it. Should make a great EDC outfit. I'll post some pics, along with my other EDC's when it gets here.

<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Nice choice! The AD is a good little edc blade. I am more partial to the LMS myself.

Sage is where it is at! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /><img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Count on it. I ordered this sheath because of its vertical/horizontal capability. Now, give your wallet to your significant other and then, and only then, check this out:

I would love to have a LMS too but they're hard to find and expensive. Regarding the AD, I like it because of its .15" thickness and 3.5" blade. It should carry very well.

Wow! I wonder how much to do that to my AD? Nice work! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

What does AD stand for?

That reminds me off a dress version of my SS4. I have always wanted that blade which I am almost finished mirror polishing with a nice G10 or micarta handle and one of Rainwalkers inlayed sheaths.

If it is one of the miliganzaaa AD's, I am pretty sure they are thicker than .150

Congrats WB. That looks like a great size blade. I prefer 4-6" fixed blades in general since I tend to carry and use them more than choppers in my neck of the woods.

I don't know Rat. I hope it's not thicker than .15". I thought the Miliganza blades were Muddy/Tan canvas but could certainly be wrong. I looked at the Busse Collector site to learn what I could but didn't see anything. I also looked atthe Busse sites to no avail.

Whatever it turns out to be, I'll give it a try. If it turns out to be a sharpened pry bar, I send it off to be modified. For me, to be useful, a knife this short has to be a slicer.

There were two Miligaaanza ADs, one sage the other muddy. I like the blade on the Miligaaanza ADs. In fact, I greatly prefer the AD to the Game Warden.

Yea, the Milliganza AD's were 3/16ths. A tad thinner than my Heavy Duty. I got to look at em at Senorcosa's shop. Very nice knives, and they had a wicked edge. Nice snag! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Here's a couple of AD pics from Bladeforum. The AD has the shorter blade, the Meaner the longer blade.

The AD arrived. I can't find my micrometer but according to my ruler, it appears to be about 3/36" thick. I guess I'll have to send it off to Ban to be thinned out for EDC concealed. Too bad.
