PK ..I doubt that I will use the DogFather LE very hard, as it will get passed on to my Grandson eventually - I am NOT in a rush for that!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> Tom Wow.. you're thinkin ahead! It is a cleaning goop. It is grey in color. I have used it to get rust off of a knife. And I use it for preventative maintenance on my knives.

Hmmm, I like Flitz. I heard about on many knife forums. You can use it on many things. My primary use is for knives.

Flitz is a polish, it's an abrasive. polish enough times and you will have no more knife.
I would rather prevent oxidation than remove it later.
