Dave (Leatherface) is being modest regarding his sheath making skills! I've got 3 Mutt sheaths from him, and the leather models would fit a DMLE wondefully (not the Kydex though - since the Mutt LE is a different profile - but the leather sheaths would do well).

Jeff/Rainwalker is definitely your man for the DMLE though - especially if Dave says so! I'd suggest going w/ one of those two Junk Yard Dogs for all of your Scrapyard Sheathing Needs though - much respect to both of them for their outstanding work - and the fact that they are always here hanging out with the dogs gives them bonus points in my book!

POP is your YKLE sheath the same as mine where you can attach the clips to both the usual spot and also on the bottom tip of the sheath for upside down carry?

Here it is in upside down position.

I really like this sheath although it does mark up my YKLE so I plan to do a scotchbrite finish on it.

If you want a kydex sheath that does not scratch the finish this type with my SS4
done by the ridiculously goodlooking Leatherface does not seem to put any scratches in my now mirror polished SS4(the photo was taken before I polished it).
I think that the pancake style construction and the way it grips mostly the handle is why it does not scratch. I would like a pancake style sheath like this but in the same shape as a pants pocket.

This photo makes me sad because I don't have either knife any more.
It does show the stock DF sheath and one of Leatherdogs heavy duty beauty's.

Here are a couple of Eric's sheaths from On Scene Tactical. He has some top secret source of the best [censored] plastic (called Concealex)that is the nicest nonleather sheath material I have ever seen. It is like G10 while regular kydex is FRN.
