Does any of the companies have plans to make another folder? I would love to see a have duty folder in INFI or something. The nicest and most heavy duty out there right now has got to be from Dark Ops (IMO).

I thought the Extreme Ratio folder was supposed to be a monster.. An INFI folder would be cool, not sure I'd buy though.

Extrema Ratio and Dark Ops are about the same thing. Dark ops made some improvements to the handels and so on. I believe the owner of Dark Ops worked for Extrema Ratio. I'd just like to see a super heavy duty folder.

That would be cool if Scrap Yard Knives made a framelock folder. I LOVE framelocks.

I have read a test of the E.R. folders and they made a better prybar than a cutting tool but they were made for extracting airmen from crashes so it was a choice rather than a design flaw. There was the Rat Trap for a while and the Ontario Retribution looks great.

Well for one, they stole ER's designs, and their advertising is so cheesy!! It is directed at mall ninjas. I for one will NEVER buy one their knives.
Their advertising is bad for us knife nuts!!

Dork Ops is just a rip off of the Extrema Ratio Folders. The whole story is over on bladeforums.

The Extrema Ratio Folders are probably the strongest folders on the market right now. I have an M.P.C. and It is insane for a folder. The blade is .25" thick and it has a huge lockback with a rifle style crossbolt safety. Crazy stuff, here are some pics,






It would be really cool to see a super heavy duty folder come out of the Swamp Rat, Scrapyard or Busse camps. Something to trumph even the M.P.C.
