Wow cool space gun and very cool pants.
I couldn't afford one and even if I could I would not be allowed one but that just makes me want one more. I really like the whole pistol calibre carbine idea. Low recoil+ good accuracy in the ranges they are meant for as well as cheap ammo. I was considering the budget version a Hi Point 9mm carbine. It's like comparing Timex with Rolex but it would make a great plinking/fun gun and would also be a perfect spare in an emergency for the wife or friend who was not into guns.
The best anti armour round legal in the US is the surplus 7.62/25 subgun round for the CZ52 or Tokarev. The CZ52 has a very cool roller delay breech and is a great deal. It is the Subgun ammo I believe the polish stuff that is the best anti armour round. It is also US legal and cheap like borscht.
The only problem with something as cool as HK's and PS-90's etc is how much attention they attract. I prefer something wood and not threatening like a pump or semiauto 12 guage or a .357 lever gun. My only rifle is a .303 Parker Hale hunting rifle which is about as non-threatening as you can get and still be a centrefire rifle but because it is built on an Enfield action it holds a 10 round mag(every other rifle in Canada is stuck with 5 except the garands8)and is fast and smooth.
That full auto shottie looks pretty cool though.

They use the P90 on Stargate Atlantis, which is what I base all of my survival tactics on. I love those reality shows.

Cool toys there. Those folks in Belgium have come up with some great tools over the years. The FN-FAL is one of my favorite rifles.

i am so so jealous. I've been thinking lately that would be the perfect gun for a bug out bag. high mag capacity, small enough to use with one hand in a pinch if you were driving. how does it shoot?
what's in the pouch? Mag hold 50rds. One hand not a problem at all. Kind of long for the car but you could always short barrel it. Not saying it would not be a good truck gun. Shoots like a dream kind of like 17 HMR. I ran 100rd thru her on Sat to sight in the Eotech. I'll just say if your on edge to get one, do it!

I love the the FAL as well I had to have one. I went with a DSA which is in my opinion the best FAL not I not knocking FN FAL's at all. Here's a little eye candy for ya. This one the lastest with the scope follow by the older setup with the Eotech ![[Linked Image from img90.imageshack.us]](http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/85/fal5x9zr.jpg)

thats a 50 round mag right? I think of FN as a Belgian company so I can't get France there do. you would be correct The FN firm was founded by a consortium of gunmakers in 1889 in Herstal, Belgium, to better fulfill a major service rifle contract for the Belgian military
