Mmmm... A protein shake would really hit the spot. I think I might go throw some grapefruit juice, protein powder, peanut butter, eggs, and fish oil in the blender for a before bedtime snack.

There was just a show on TV showing the construction of a Rolls Royce. It was sweet.

I just realized I could put some hot cocoa powder into the mixture discussed above. I'll be back, soon, I'm going to go make this concoction.
