I rigged up my AR with my Lupy 1.5X5 and my Aimpoint for some training. Had my M3 light on there too. Needless to say it lasted one training session. But I did get my eyeball shots when no one else did.

HAHA. Pimp is right. The darn thing weighed way too much, buit it was fun. The POA/POI really is tough to adapt to with 2 different sighting systems.

i'm at it again, sharpening. picked up some more 600grit. had a ton of practice sharpening with only a lansky dog bone and a leather belt, my stones get little use anymore. i've been getting great edges with just the dog bone and the belt.

my orange mora shaves like a mach3. my bucks and spydies shave like bics.

ordered a belt sander today for the big knives with thick or crude edges, like my ranger, d-mutt, and magnum kukri machete. i'm really excited to thin the edge on the estwing hatchet.

I'm just getting the house tidied up before my wife gets home.

Its our 4th anniversary as of 40 minutes ago! We're going to have a bottle of wine and some thin sliced smoked salmon / cream cheese on Ritz.

We had a huge dinner the other night - all finger foods - for Ilyana's birthday. You woulda loved it! Giant scallops wrapped in bacon and marinated then broiled, shrimp cocktail (w/ my homemade cocktail sauce), brie cheese/crackers, blue cheese/dried apricots/crackers, a big smoked salmon fillet, the thin sliced salmon/c.cheese/crackers, some champagne and red wine, and raspberry/vanilla cake (although the box at the bakery said raspberry/chocolate - I was kinda pissed about that!). It was a feast of finger food!
