The Res C feels so much better in my hand than micarta does; especially when NOT wearing gloves!!

S7 isn't a spring steel.
Any way, I caved in and bought a Camp Tramp.

The price was good and it had two sheaths.

My Swamp Rat collection is really starting to get fleshed out, at least with the Resiprene-C knives.

Arf arf arf... That's my other dog impression.

The Camp Tramp is a great knife, and so is the Scrapper 6. Do yourself a favor and get one when you can; otherwise you will want to kick yourself later! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I´ve the Scrapper 6.I think this is the perfect leng, because it is not to big to ware it, but big enough for the back country work.

I agree that the Scrapper 6 is the perfect size and weight for the back country.

Yep it (S6) is a great hiking knife. I'd take it over pretty much anything else till I get my DF! But my S6 will still be my first choice 95% of the time! I know the CT is good but the S6 is lots cheaper..
