my new work stress avoidance daydream/fantasy: I'm the brewmaster at a meadery/winery with its own bees and vineyard. I also have a forge out back where I get to play blacksmith between my brewing duties. I don't play with the bees but I do eat the honey. and I think they should make cider too.

i checked out a sak oht yesterday and was surprised that the one i handled seemed to be made for a lefty. the lock on the blade made me cross my finger to close it. this was the store's last one, so i couldn't check it against another. anyone out there know if all the ohts are like this? i'm not crazy about a lock that makes me cross my finger to undo it... i guess now i know how those lefties feel.
