I kind of feel that the mountains at the bottom give it scale and a "visual sea level"... a reference point to make the landscape make sense. On the other hand, I think nothing but cloud and arch makes for a powerful juxtaposition, with no extraneous elements to distract.

I agree boss, I'm suggesting the lower part of them, the rocky part. but the mountains definitely make it right. Blade West is in Portland in September, smaller blade show (Atlanta).

what did you make the ASH sheath out of? and now I want to see it too! I made it out of one of the "British Bayonet Frogs" (2 for $2.50!) from Major Surplus.
