I never heard of Mammoth Reservations until today. Looks nice, and right between Yosemite and Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Park, both places I haven't been but really want to go.

It was my first time using a firesteel, but I was successful at starting a fire with things only gathered from my back yard. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

my sleep cycle is messed UP!
right after school i went up to my room to lay down and eat some food... and the next thing I know I wake up at 8:45!
this has been going on for a couple of days now and it's starting to annoy me!

I don't even ever have caffine!
and I kinda excersice...
not latley though.
I just don't get enough sleep and allergies have been killing me... (although I do have medication now.)
I just woke up again...
I slep from about 3 to 6...
not too much.
(which is good)

EMF, don't worry about it. Right now is finals (2 down, 3 to go!), so my sleeping cycle (or lack of) isn't great either. Take a look at my post times. Mac is right about the exercise, helps me a lot.
