This rune governs survival, primal strength and speed. It is sometimes referred to as the warrior rune as it took great skill to hunt these large now extinct bison-like animals.
Ur represents the strength of the Auroch, and can be used to give one courage in the face of adversity. It can also speed up the effects of other runes to give a short, sharp burst of power.

Sharpening my DMCG on my sharpmaker and having a hard time. Like my RAT-3, the left side is more obtuse so this time I'm going to tape up sandpaper to the rods to speed things up a bit.

I like the MP, but I already have enough small fixed blades. Plus since the Norcal meets, I'm looking for a chopper. If I had the extra cash, I would get a chopper and keep the MP.

I'd like to get the Busse FBM, but for the price, I'll get a DFCG. Something around 15 inches in OAL (10 inch blade).

i'm tryin to come up with some mods for my rtak. needs something special to compete with the fbm.

what kind of mods do you have in mind?

"trying to come up with" meaning none. convex edge, square the spine, maybe a 3" scandi section near the handle, possibly file some texturing into the micarta...stripping or camo paint, not sure. the possibilities. maybe drill an eye at the tip.
