Stuff like that leaves me with a moral dilemma, myself. Do you use it and in so doing remove the personality of the tool's previous owner? Or do you bench a perfectly serviceable tool. Hmm.

You use it, and in doing so, remember, respect, and honor the person who held it before you.

coldone, did you get a free knife when you challenged the boss?

Yeah I know I should respect them as tools and use them in the memory of their former owner but I don't wan't to break or damage them.

And yet, if you don't use them, IMO, you disrespect the previous owners' sacrifice.

Not trying to insult you or anything... just giving you my honest personal opinion on the matter.

mac, keep the letter short and sweet and just say what you feel.

I was looking forward to Saturday as I have the day off, but I have a lot of school reading to catch up on. My room is hot that I keep falling asleep when I try and study.

Anyone know where sharp and cloak have been? I haven't heard from them in a while.

ColdOne's list of tools you should not need to change the oil in a truck:
Large hammer
Mallet
undersized wrench
cold chisel
vise grips
pipe wrench
various punches

Yeah... That was fun.. I gotta tell my buddy he doesn't need to use a cheat bar when putting on his oil drain plug...

the $20 it costs to have someone else do it is so worth it. major stuff's expensive, so i usually do that at home.

I dunno what you guys do, but we put magnets on the end of our oil drain plugs. That way any loose metal particles will get stuck to it and can be removed when changing the oil.
