I'm a 9AM-6PM (well, often past 7 but never after 8 because they lockup the building) salaryman, so 'ganzas work for me -- I've generally had very good luck with them.

Both of those are nice, although I'm more interested in a FSH (do they call them FiSHes?) right now. I missed out on picking up a third Forester at auction -- oh well, the other guy was willing to pay more than I was so that's as it should be. I had bids on another couple knives that end later today; the same person went over me on both of them. I'll find out how much he wants them tonight.

I'm going to take a lunch break and watch "Supernatural", which I taped last night. I'm a Nielsen family this week, so I'll have to log it.

I should be trying to rebuild savings -- I've been dipping far too deeply into them in uncertain times. I think I'm safe, but so did lots of folks looking for work. My normal strategy is to plan for the worst and hope to be pleasantly surprised. However, there's some pretty cool stuff over there...

Hey Jason, did you look at the Tan-handled Moss NMFBM on page 7?

I like the blade but I don't like than tan G-10 or whatever it is. Something's just wierd about the color. It makes it look like a cheap toy to me. I'm sure it would grow on me if I had it, but i'm just not into the doodoo brown. It does look a lot better though on the muddy or bama clay beside it.

It's dark for Micarta, but that's what I think it is (perhaps oiled?).

Hard to tell if it's g-10 or micarta.
