I'll post up a whole set of Trams for you tomorrow along with some others I've done. When I do machetes I don't take the edge way up the blade and make it super thin. Machetes are already thin, what they need to work best is just a nice convex. More of an arc instead of a flattened shallower arc like I would do on a thick edge knife like a SOD or Dogfather.

Any of those trams available Jimmie? Art, Trams can be bought from Smokey Mountain Knife Works for about $6 each. They do not come with any kind of edge at all and have awful grinds however. I just regrind them and put a proper convex edge on them that I have found works best on machetes. I would be glad to do some for you if you would like me to. Once I'm done with them they will amaze you with how well they work. You get a lot of machete for the money.
