man do i TRULY hate this sheath. the guy molded some sort of plastic around the spec ops but now it RATTLES a whole bunch when i walk around with it....NM just fixed it with duct tape and cardboard! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> for now....

Take the kydex insert out and boil the kettle...pour the hot water into something which can take the knife and kydex up to the hilt...immerse for a bit and bring it out and press it tight around the blade...problem will be gone and just put it back in the nylon sheath. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I got a new Ranger RD Hawk and a new Ranger Entry Tool, as well as a new damascus 1911 slide that will be going on a special build project for my Dad's B-Day. Can you take a picture of the 1911?
