Yes, it's a very good thing.. We have been planning on moving for a few months but were stuck in a lease.. But now the lease is up, and we are outta there.. Our new place is in a historic part of town, It's really nice with hardwood floors and such.. it's also gated. Looking forward to it!

What can I say, I'm a 9mm guy. I don't feel guilty about not picking up the brass and if you find it right its cheap enough.
