my whole body is sore. we upped the shoulder side raises to 2x110. curled 135 today.
yesterday's leg cycle was ten prone curls, then ten hack squats, then walking lunges one wall to the other then back. all that ten times. this was after 190 extensions and 5 sets of deep squats. then pullups and ten supersets of ten decline bench presses and ten pulldowns.
