I'm thinking about going to another cruise to some place with very little people. Some place where I can relax in peace...

I'm thinking about going to another cruise to some place with very little people. Some place where I can relax in peace... Sup guys, long day for me. Saturday we have a big meeting at work. They say they are doing some "restructuring" hmmm, I have a feeling some people are leaving. Not me though, don't worry; I'm gold there. If anything I may get a raise!!! :-D

So if our Union collapses like the Soviet Union did, will Texas become a free Republic again? Can I carry my bowie knife there then? I can't even ride a horse. We had tanks and jeeps when I was in the "cavalry". Can I still have pork barbeque? There is no doubt that Texas would once again become a Republic, and you could wear your bowies in all of their full glory! I would also be more than happy to throw a couple pork shoulders in the smoker for you if you don't like brisket or whole hog. I gotta tell you though, an 80-120lb wild hog split down the backbone and smoked with a mixture of Oak and Pecan for about 8-10 hours is pretty hard to beat! We inject the meat with creole garlic butter before putting it in the smoker as well <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Taht sounds good.

They split the whole hog down the middle and put each half on a grate. Then the hog was covered with some metal cover. They built a big fire nearby of white oak wood. All night long, they would shovel the coals up under the grate. That was the best pork I ever ate. Of course I had been up all night drinking beer and taking notes on the hog cooking. I slept right through the dove shoot that followed. Hmm, I think I would have too <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/loopy.gif" alt="" />

I've got 99 percent of the stuff loaded the wife told me to pack. She'll beat me if I don't get it right. She scares me to death all 5 feet of her <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />.
