Well........... this newbie did the same thing.

I got so excited about the dog Father that I forgot about the sheath. I just kept hitting buttons and typing as fast as I could <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

I was determined to get a DF one way or another.

Invoice # 1619

Hi Patti --

I ordered a Dog Father tonight and I failed to add a sheath to the order. Can I add it to my existing order and combine shipping and handling charges or do I have to order it separately now and pay additional shipping and handling charges?

My invoice number is 1622.

Thanks.

Bruce...

Put in the order for the sheath and then send Patti an email about sending it with the knife. She will take care of you. Congrats on getting in on the Dog Father. I see a chop fest in your future

Dan

bld522 - You're certainly not alone, as I did the same thing, and I should KNOW better!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> However, I went ahead and ordered a sheath, then sent Patti a message as suggested by Dan. Thank goodness they are such great folks to deal with! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Tom

Hi Dan, I am new to this forum & I did the same thing last night. Want to know if I order the sheath online & tell Patti to send it with my DF would there be another shipping charge for the sheath? I remember when you checkout there was a shipping add on. Thanks

I suspect that if Scrap Yard ships the knife and the sheath in the same box, you'll only have to pay one shipping charge. Best thing to do is follow Dan's advice. Send Patti an e-mail and ask her to combine your orders. Make sure you include both invoice numbers in your e-mail.

Patti's e-mail address is patti@scrapyardknives.com

And welcome to the Yard! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Exactly, get the email into her

Dan
