Happy Palm Sunday. I am fascinated by the Eastern Church. If there were one here, I would surely attend it. One of my favorite authors, Jean-Yves Leloup, is a priest in the orthodox church.

if you're interested in hearing some of my priests, orthodoxsermons.org has plenty of sermons on video and audio. i recommend fr. anthony messeh, he's younger and basically an american. most of our priests are more egyptian than american.

Happy Palm sunday. A friend of mine growing up was/is Greek Orthodox. I went to church with him a couple times and I too was fascinated by it. In fact, I probably go check it out again. A lot more religion in my couldn't hurt.

The Orthodox Church is Catholic, just not Roman Catholic. There are differences between the two--to the point that the leader of each excuminated each other in the 11th century IIRC.
