we just finished what i will refer to as 'hell season' which is a few weeks of the workouts i've been posting lately. this week i have monday and tuesday off, then i get back in there and see what the strength results are of the past few weeks. considering the personal records i broke during the training itself, i'm expecting a few days of rest to amplify those results. i was pressing sets of five on the hammer strength chest press with four plates on each arm, inside a cycle. never done that before this week.
