good work on the curls, CO. what's in noexplode anyway? i really know very little about supplements. cellmass is just creatine, right?

i'm on nitrotech right now, only because i found it cheap ($15). i was reading the label side by side with my regular optimum nutrition and they seem to just have different names for the same stuff. 'nanoparticulated protein' and 'hydrowhey' are just broken down.

reminds me of my freshmen year bio professor, dr. martin explaining the polypeptide chains.

Noxplode is a pre workout shake. Energy boost as well as some creatine and nitric oxide primarily. Cellmass is creatine and glutamine. Both have the usual assortment of other stuff as well.

Not totally sold on the noxplode since I build up a resistance to it, plus I find it gets my heart rate up too high. Love the cellmass. Really seems to help with my bounceback. Next couple of weeks will tell the truth though to see how much muscle mass I have added while using it. Noticing a big difference in arms, shoulders and legs to a lesser extent.

Most likely. Seems like every company and their dog has a pre-workout shake on the market to give you energy and up your focus and drive. Just a matter of finding one that works for you!

Yea the platinum pump gets me going, I can do more reps on it and it will get my heart rate going quite high. I notice my arms get huge while working out on it....or major pumps as well

ripped fuel gave me the jitters...and made me too scatter brained to concentrate on form.

i never liked creatine because of the water weight that comes with it. i suppose in small regular amounts its good since it is a cell volumizer letting your cells gain more of the stuff cells need. once you stop though cells go back to normal...if you eat red meat i doubt you need to supplement creatine.

i liked the myoplex shakes the best in overall flavor and performance, price....not so much. Prolabs NLarge^2 took my cake!

i always had tons of drive to work out. i remember sitting in class just daydreaming about the perfect set of military presses

Cellmass claims to avoid the water weight gain. I think it is fairly accurate as my weight only changed by perhaps a pound or two once I started taking it. Real test is over the next 4 weeks as I am on a clean cycle. Bottom line is that I have found my recovery time after workouts has been greatly shortened and i have seen some decent results on it. Plus it tastes good!
