What do you think with guitars with 2 pick ups vs 3 pick ups?

depends more on the type of pickups and what you're playing. i finished a project guitar that had two pickups. i took both of them out and put only one high output, thick heavy monster back in.

oh, if you're referring to the traditional two pickup guitar, the les paul, vs the traditional three pickup guitar, the stratocaster, i have to split the difference and go with ibanez or PRS.

if i had to play either one stock, probably the fender. if i could hot rod them, les paul.

i hate telling people what i do. this shred guitar player with the harley, weight lifting, w&ss knife guy does accounting and audit? info tech? lame.

i sure as hell won't be doin this forever. i'm workin on my exit strategy.

you're not far off, klink. there was another choped up plank of wood that gibson reliesed in the same era called the 'futura' that didn't do as well. it's pretty ugly.

either work my way into a university that will publish my socioeconomic discourse, buy some real estate and live on investment income which will have to be bought by money earned through what i'm doing now, or hope for the S to HTF and i'll be in high demand with my knives and skills.

then there's the whole music thing which i've gradually been letting go. it was depressing when i started giving up that dream.

little bit of pressure, a glob of suture glue and good to go. Man it hurts though, finger is throbbing.
