VTAC - just something to practive throwing and to have along for hard-duty - the Emerson collaboration looks much sweeter, but I have my heart set on the Sibert piece...drool ;-}

Sibert - http://www.americantomahawk.com/products/comanche.htm

I've been looking at those and they get harder and harder to resist each time I look at them.

It is not unusual for canada post to be this late. It took them 6 weeks to get my katana to kentuky for some work. That sheath of Leatherface's looks so cool.
I wrote a review of the SS4 and it will probably be in Thrust magazine and if my sheath gets here soon I will get some pics and try to get it in the article.

I don't have a hawk yet, I think I will go with a traditional style one though.
There is no reason a good forged hawk with a hickory handle can't do everything a full tang tac hawk can.

4 Stroke sleds, I would ride a 2 stroke streetbike if they still made them. I have my friends new arctic cat in my garage and it has a 900cc 2 stroke twin that makes as much HP as my R model civic.

The deer hunting is great but more of a food hunting thing. There are moose ,Elk
bears as well as coyotes and wolves. Trapping is even starting to make a comeback.
The fishing is incredible to. I did not catch it myself but I had fresh pickerel
the other night. Two thirds of saskatchawan is covered with fresh water and some lakes like Lac La Ronge are to large to see across and have tides. There are towns and mines in the north that are only accessable by road in the winter so the trucks can drive hundreds of miles across frozen lakes. It is freakin cold in winter though. It has been at least -30 celsius for weeks. Today has been the warmest day in a long time and it is 2.00pm the warmest part of the day so it is a balmy -22.

And once it hit the border, it probably took 2-3 days.

Thrust magazine? I won't even go there.

Umm it's 75 degrees here, suppose to hit 80 tomorrow. I don't envy you at all right now.

I love the name of "Thrust" magazine. I even took some pics that will be in
"THRUST" magazine.

Thrust magazine is a knife mag and website put out by a guy named Noah who really knows his stuff in regards to martial arts and knife fighting. There is even an article on the site by James Keating.

I can't wait to see the gift. If I could have anything that is common in the US but not available in canada it would be a concealed carry permit.
