the extensions are 40 40 40 40 20 10, increasing weight each time, thirty seconds max between sets.

the squats are 30 25 20 15 10, weight increasing but you can rest a minute or two if you need. to easy to hurt yourself here, so no rushing.

i never had the patience for 40 reps of anything...highest i went was around 30 for warm ups.

While moving a lot of weight in a single shot is impressive in it's own sense, I want to be able to move it for a longer time.
