Wow you guys posted a ton after I called it quits last night.
On the running thing, I don't mind it so much. Every treadmill, bike whatever at our gym has a flatscreen tv with cable. I don't have cable at the house so it is kinda nice. I also ran track in highschool, so maybe I don't get the hate to begin with though.
You guys routines are just crazy, I'm such a pansy on legs, leg press, squats. I just feel like its killing my back with more than 185. Sadly, my bench is more than my squat and that isn't a huge bench.
I'm kicking around the idea of getting back to where I can get 3 miles in under 18 minutes. Not that that is fast by anyone's standards these days but it would be a vast improvement from where I am today.
