Not too much. Just relaxing after helping a buddy at his farm today. Helped cut a horse and then break a trail across the river so that we can move the horses across in a couple days. Thats a lot of work! How are you feeling?

My knee is shot to hell. I have had a couple surgeries for cartlidge and the like, ACL removed, ACL/MCL rebuilt, have about 10% of the miniscus cartlidge left as a buffeer, bone on bone contact, and a knee replacement in a few years down the road. I had way to much fun when I was younger, and wrestling did not help out any either. I guess I was lucky though, wrestling kept me out of serious trouble and got me to college--just not through it.
