If you compare the S5 with a BogDog ( http://swampshack.com/bdsr101.htm ), and note that, while BogDogs sold for $78.95 in 2004(D2)/2005(SR101), they typically bring around $200 on the BF Exchange, the S5 CG is a no-brainer BUY, BUY, BUY!! I plan to order 10 CGs, and if the LE is INFI, I'll get at least 5 of them (although I might truly go nuts) if it's 154CM, I'll probably order 3 (at most) depending on the price.

Do you guys think the S5 LE will be offered with the different colored handles as well? It may determine which CG I pick up.

HD, said that for his uses SR101 was just as good as INFI. The more I think about it the more I agree. I am going all in on the S5 CGs and maybe will pick up a LE but just maybe.
SR101 is a great steel, even though it rusts. As for color combos...I will decide when I have to. The real question is how many do I "need".

yeah the SR101 is very good for small blade like the S5. You can cut all you want with it and it will not need to be sharpen!

I've heard seen people mention vasoline soaked cotton balls as fire starters...It works well with a striker? EXTREMELY WELL! put a big glob of vasiline in a plastic bag, and a big handful of cotton balls. Squish it around so the cotton balls are evenly coated, then pack away in your pack. to use, FLUFF up a cotton ball and use your firesteel. WHOOOSH! works VERY well in the rain and is often the only thing that lights inthe winds gimmie an hour or so and i'll post a HiDef video of lighting a PJCB (petroleum jelly cotton ball

Oh yeah, be nice ot have such a nice blade with my JYD number on it!

Can they be stored in old medicine bottles? The medicine bottles are water tight if I remember correctly.
