That's why there are no pictures of my ugly mug on here. Well, that, and the fact that every time I try, the camera lens cracks.

P/K has a .357 Colt Python...I used a 6 inch Python in the past when we could own them here...nicest trigger I have ever encountered on a revolver...but not "light"....although superbly accurate....there probably is'nt a "light" pistol for mountain lions which is going to be pleasant to shoot...I used a Coonan Arms 1911 style auto in .357 which was unusual in it's day for being able to cycle rimmed cases through a special magazine...now that was a good choice for "all round" use as it was also very accurate as well.

Fitted with a muzzle break a Coonan Arms would be a fast and powerful way to defend yourself either against animals or otherwise...not too heavy either...

The sort of pistol which would be good for South Africa....able to sort out many animals and criminals...but not impossible to find ammo for...I certainly liked mine.

I am getting at least one grey because I looooove smooth coatings.

I've narrowed my original choices down to these.



It was hard for me to scratch out brown/brown because I think it's cool, but I like the contrast on the others.

Ain't been here in a while. Howdy everyone. Did I not see the release details on how and when the Scrapper 5's are going to be released? I saw the price, very nice.

I wonder if that guard will break off easily? We will see, hopefully not. Guards can be finicky though.
