Poi - its an old recipe from a steak house I worked at about twelve years ago. Good stuff.

Mike - I've been using Peavey Classics lately - I love those amps. 2 channel, tube, reverb - they sound fantastic. I put a Metal Muff pedal in front of them for the heavy stuff.
I've got a Classic 50 410 and a Classic 30 112, a 115ext cab, and a 410 ext cab. I run it in several different configurations based on where I'm at (home, blues jams, band practice, gigs w/out a house PA, etc.)

I always eat my fries without sauce. And I like my chips plain as well, besides hot cheetos, I don't like flavored chips, and people never buy original chips.

Its a symphony of tastes, all melded together perfectly.
