Speaking of BBQ, have you ever had the ribs at Corky's in Memphis? BBQ perfection. I go with the wet/dry 1/2 and half large plate and then put a bit of sauce on the dry. Wow, that's some good stuff.

Never been to Memphis. I've found restaurant ribs as good as my own, but never any that are actually BETTER.

Butcher shop here has some fantastic lamb and cheese sausages.
