close. mora 545 for the potatoes and CS long hunter for the onions. i woulda used the long hunter for everything but the mora popped up first in the drawer. both kitchen favorites.
CS long hunter's a great knife. probably my favorite in two categories: kitchen and fighting. i have a laredo, which is a big [censored] fighter, and i generally don't like the category.
